Kristi Faulkner

Kristi is a founding partner of Gender Fair, a market-based solution for achieving equality. Gender Fair collects corporate data and rates a company’s diversity and inclusion policies to inform consumers, employees and investors which companies align with their values of equality. She contributes her expertise in brand stewardship to activate women through effective marketing communications and in-market execution. Kristi Is a 20+ year veteran of the advertising industry and as a creative director, has worked at many of the top agencies on Madison Avenue. She is President and cofounder of Womenkind, the award-winning advertising and marketing agency for women, by women. She has built a career advising clients who need and want to better reach, engage, and motivate women through enhanced marketing messages, product innovation, and organizational evolution. She has written and produced successful campaigns and content for blue chip clients nationally and globally. Kristi is the author of the coming book “Untapped: How Great Companies Profit from the Genius of Women.” She’s a contributor to Forbes Women, and has written for or been featured in numerous business publications including AdAge, Inc. and Wall St. Journal. As an entrepreneur, Kristi has conceived, planned and launched three companies, including a successful yoga studio. A native Texan, Kristi lives in Connecticut with her two teenage daughters.
