Smriti Jain

I am currently pursuing MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore and a part of Industry Interaction Cell of IIM Indore. As a member, I am responsible for bridging the gap between industry and academia through corporate engagement and professional workshops. Prior to this I have worked as a Public Sector Consultant at Quality Council of India for a year and assisted various Central Government Ministries in the implementation of projects like ODF in Swachh Bharat Mission. I have completed my Bachelors in Engineering from BITS Pilani as a Computer Science Engineer. I have always been a keen learner and strongly believe in the concept of a non-zero day(Make no day unproductive). The eagerness to learn has often propelled me to constantly try my hand at something new. Be it co-finding a travel based startup, taking up a Minor in Finance along with my Computer Science Major, learning new programming languages online or taking up MOOCs, I have always strived to become a better individual with each passing day.

I am extremely fond of travelling. Experiencing new culture, trying different cuisines and re-living the history are some of the things excite me. I have travelled extensively across the country with my friends, family and colleague and cherish each of these trips. I am particularly fond of exploring offbeat destinations.
