I'm passionate about

The big passion in my life is the music; since I was little I’ve been having piano and singing lessons and I believe working on those abilities has made me develop a special creativity. I am also really keen on fighting for the causes I really believe in (might that be the main reason for me studying Law) and the best way I have found for doing that, at least for now, is cooperating with different associations that support different causes (I’m at the moment in CARITAS giving socio-educational support to children at social exclusion risk).

The TED story

For me, the TEDx experience has been unique. I have learned a lot about each member of the team, I have enjoyed some moments and panicked others: I remember the time we were deciding clue facts of last year's TEDx, and having to call the responsible of the local where we were planning to hold the event because in the last moment we had to change the date of it. Although we thought it would be impossible, I decided to try and fortunately we found out that the only available date left was the one our team was looking for, the 4th of May. The day of the event, as Production Manager, I was in charge playing the presentation, and had to coordinate a lot of people for the sound, the lights, the cameras... After having rehearsed for half a day, we started the venue and the very first video did not work. At first, (yet don't know how) I managed to restart everything and making a joke for the audience until it worked. I remember panicking so much I just wanted to hide and cry, but I thought my team depended on me and there was no way I could let them down. The rest of the venue went great and the job we all had done paid off. It was a real success and it felt great to know I had been able to deal with the problems. I think that organizing a TEDx is so much worth it, it is full of new experiences and it brings you the opportunity to grow not only as a team but also personally.
