Hello everyone! I am an ambitious high school student studying at the International School of Helsingborg who is enthusiastic about making the voices of young people heard!

I was always passionate about art, music and literature, and took part in a few activities and competitions in those areas as a child. I also have an interest in innovations and technology, and have participated in various events and exhibitions such as GESS-GEF Dubai and GESS Al Nadi conference, alongside my teacher. As I advance in my education, I am hoping to develop and refine my skills through further study, participation and organization of various events.

In 2012, at the age of 11 years, I was a speaker at the TEDxWIS event in Dubai. The theme was “i thought…” and I completed the phrase with “I thought that everything depended on technology,” where I discussed the balance between nature and innovation. It was an important event in my life, especially at such a young age, because it allowed me to share my opinion in a way I’ve never done before. I was able to reach an audience from around the world who was willing to listen to what I have to say, and it really opened a wide range of opportunities for me; I was given confidence that achieving something more is possible now, and that I didn’t need to wait until I grow up to be able to have my voice heard and pursue my passions. Now, I would like to give that confidence to students at my current school, and to show them that it is possible to be heard today.
