Jennifer Westpfahl is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of FAA Talent Management and a Maker at Morgan Stanley. Formerly, Jennifer was the Divisional Business Service Officer for the Eastern Division. She is Chair of the Women’s Employee Networking Group and a member of the National Diversity Council. Jennifer started her career as a sales assistant with Lincoln Investment in Charlottesville, Virginia. After working at New York Life as a Compliance Analyst in New York City, she joined Smith Barney’s Compliance Department in 2004. Jennifer was later promoted to Regional Control Administrator in Los Angeles where she also held the roles of Regional Risk Officer and Regional Business Service Officer. Jennifer holds her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and her Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, where she was awarded the George Award for Outstanding Executive MBA Student. Jennifer served as the Chair of the Advisory Board for Back on My Feet’s Los Angeles Chapter, an organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness. Among other organizations, Jennifer is an advocate of the Yosemite Conservancy and 22Kills, an organization to increase awareness of Veteran suicide.
