Baturay Özden

BATURAY OZDEN While studying Labor Economics and Industrial Relations degree in Uludag University, Baturay Ozden attended London School of Economics in 2009 and took courses about leadership and management training. Also, he completed Produciton Engineering degree from Politechnika Opolska in Poland while attending as an exchange student. Throughout his college life Baturay worked in Turkish Airlines, Eko Finance, Tesco Kipa seasonally. Since November 2008, Baturay has given trainings about leadership, increasing self-awareness, unleashing potential, career planning, effective presentations, cultural diversity, change management, global trends and many more in more than over 30 countries. Thus, he has actively participated in various student clubs, national and international organizations, AIESEC, Forum Istanbul Youth Platform and such NGO while taking responsibilities in positions such as organization committee president, board member, and presidency. In 2007, with the contribution of 22 entrepreneurship clubs from different universities in Turkey, Baturay founded and become president of “College Entrepreneurs Platform”. Baturay Ozden also founded Thera Prime Institute to train trainers who would add sustainable benefits to the society. He also coaches young people and currently working as a founder of B4Mind. B4Mind is Turkey’s first boutique brand and digital marketing consultant firm based on scientfic research.
