I've been watching TED Talks since YouTube was invented, but I didn't understand that these Talks actually took place somewhere in the world. The first time I saw an event in my city, I was in awe! The first in-person event I've attended was TEDxLavras in 2020, one week before the COVID-19 pandemic. That day, I decided that I wanted to be an organizer myself. I've since organized TEDxLavras - Florada dos Ipês (2024) and now, TEDxLavras - Entretempos (2026). I've also attended TEDxAmazônia in Manaus (2024), TEDxAmazônia in Belém (2025), TEDxSãoPaulo (Feb 2025), TEDxSãoPaulo (July 2025), TEDx Workshop Organizers Brazil in SãoPaulo (July 2025), and TEDxUWMadison (Apr 2026).
