I've been watching TED Talks since YouTube was invented, but I didn't understand that these Talks actually took place somewhere in the world. The first time I saw an event in my city, I was in awe! The first in-person event I've attended was TEDxLavras in 2020, one week before the COVID-19 pandemic. That day, I decided that I wanted to be an organizer myself. I've since organized TEDxLavras - Florada dos Ipês (2024) and TEDxLavras - Entretempos (2026). I've also attended TEDxAmazônia in Manaus (Nov 2024), TEDxAmazônia in Belém (Jun 2025), TEDxSãoPaulo (Feb 2025), TEDxSãoPaulo (Jul 2025), TEDx Workshop Organizers Brazil in SãoPaulo (Jul 2025), TEDxUWMadison (Apr 2026), and TEDxChicago (Oct 2026).
