Lauren Ziadie

Lauren is the Chief Operating Officer for Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Prior to this, Lauren managed the Branch Analyst Programs which focused on undergraduate recruiting for the field, ensuring a strong diverse pipeline of Financial Advisor Associates. She works closely with the National Diversity Council, supports the Field and Home Office divisions of Wealth Management, as well as the Women’s and Multicultural Employee Networking Groups. Before joining the office of Diversity and Inclusion, Lauren was a recruiter for the Morgan Stanley Private Banking Group. Lauren is a graduate of Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development.
