I enjoy tackling challenges, I always seem to be pushing myself to try new things, learn something new, and develop new skills ---- I am fascinated by belief systems around the world ---- I love traveling and eating good food ---- live music gives me life! ---- I believe my primary role as an educator is to empower my students to dream big, and follow those dreams.

With the help of my friend and colleague, Tosca Killoran, I planned my first event, TEDxYouth@BIS, in 2011. Since then, I have attended many TEDx events as an audience member. I am currently helping the students of Kyoto International School in Japan lead their first TEDx event, TEDxYouth@KIS!
