Bio

My passion for leading with intention and purpose helped me navigate my career from a go-to expert in strategy and change management to a trusted coach and thought partner on leadership and culture. I leverage deep strategic insight, systems awareness, and change expertise (honed from years as a management consultant) with a passion for and ardent study of human development, leadership, and neuroscience to unlock potential, engage teams, and deliver results. After years of working within organizations helping leaders define a vision for their organizations and strategies for executing against it, I realized that my superpower was in partnering with those leaders to become as intentional about themselves. This not only supported the leader in delivering against organizational goals but created a practice of leadership that fundamentally changed the way they navigated the world. I am a lifelong learner and have studied with some of the greatest institutions and thought leaders. I received a BA from Scripps College and an MBA from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA. I am was certified as a leadership and transition coach through the Hudson Institute and continue to study extensively with leaders in the space of adult development, leadership, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and the brain-body connection.

The TED story

I first attended Ted as one of the co-founders of the Brightline Initiative (a proud Ted sponsor). I love the community, the learning and the passion and hope to find myself with an idea worth sharing from the red dot one day.
