Bio
I specialize in scaling businesses & turning ideas into products that lead markets globally. I've helped companies of all sizes: startups, mid-size and large public companies.
I helped launch SiSense, Alpine Data Labs & AtScale. I was at Business Objects when we went IPO (after acquiring Acta & Crystal Reports, & before SAP bought us for $7B ). I was at Microsoft when we turned the Data & Analytics business into a $1B giant.
Additionally, I advise companies on how to grow high-performance teams and scale businesses, regardless if they are a venture-backed start-up or a large enterprise software company. I love SaaS, enterprise software and everything data. I was educated in the US, France, the UK & Germany. I've written 2 books on Data Analytics and Enterprise Performance Management.
A little bit about the companies I've helped:
- Alpine was acquired by Tibco.
- SiSense merged with Periscope Data, after raising over $170M.
- I was #7 @ AtScale. The company is now the industry leader in Cloud transformation with global partnerships with Microsoft, Amazon & Google.

I'm passionate about
I want to Change the way people think of Data and Analytics...or Die Trying
An idea worth spreading
What if data and analytics were just part of our culture? What if our kids grew up with the ability to expect, respect data as part of their decision making process? If we can teach kids to learn a language, why can we not grow leaders who make decisions based on hard facts vs. gut feel?

The TED story
Analytics is perceived as a hard, complex and expensive science. My mission in life is to help them see that data and analytics are everywhere in our life.
