I'm passionate about
Using every activities to hack your brain function.
An idea worth spreading
What if I told you there was something you could do to sharpen your brain function, improve your mood and enhance your memory. Would you do it? What if I told you that just 10 or 15 minutes a day of this activity could decrease your chances of developing dementia? Would you do it then? I'm talking about physical aerobic activity and I am working to understand the optimal physical activity “prescription” for different age groups and overall activity profiles to maximize brain health over our lifetimes as well as identifying the chemical pathways that are necessary for these brain changes to occur.
