Hi! I am Milos and I am coming from Montenegro. I am a Business development manager and entrepreneur. I developed several projects and companies in the IT industry. The one I am most proud of: BalkanAdventure.me - a platform made to gather and offer local authentic experiences and promote active and sustainable tourism in the Balkans. I am also a TED enthusiast. I participated in organizing 2 TEDx events so far. Currently, I am holding the license for TEDxPodgorica, with an intention to bring change and fresh ideas to the local community through "ideas worth spreading" in years to come. I am interested in and always trying to keep up with modern trends in business, marketing, tech, and innovations. Doing well with creative, hard-working, direct, and honest people. Always open for new ideas. To sum it up: TEDx enthusiast, football fan, epic fantasy books lover and passionate chess player.

I am passionate about creating new value and making a change for the local community. I finished the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. During my studies, I went twice to the USA, for work&travel and internship programs. A year and a half of living and working there made me think: "Ok, I will finish my studies, get a job but what will be my purpose in life?" That's when I decided that I want to bring something back to our community. Doctors cure sick people, teachers bring knowledge to the kids but how I, as an Economist can "pay back the debt" to society? That's why I enrolled in Entrepreneurship class and graduated with an idea that creating a new business is not only opening new jobs for your employees but supporting their families also. By being an entrepreneur I am helping society. That's what I am really passionate about! Therefore, since the faculty, I worked mostly as a Business Developer in many IT companies and tried a lot of personal business projects. I see myself establishing TEDxPodgorica as one of the best events in the region. In the long run, I want to be involved in different movements which support causes like environmental sustainability and youth empowerment.

I am a curious person, always thinking of how something can be improved. That's why I believe spreading good ideas is killing the roots of the deviants of society. I discovered TED talks a long time ago and got in love with them. I believe the first one was amazing Sir Ken Robinson with the talk about schools killing creativity. In 2017th I spoke with a group of friends and we realized that the TEDx community is barely developed in Montenegro. So we decided to change that. In 2018th I was a co-organizer of the TEDxBudva event when we delivered the first TEDx ever in Budva, Metropol of Tourism in Montenegro. In 2019th I also was a part of the team that organized the first TEDx event ever in Kotor, an ancient coastline city in Boka Bay. Afterward, I applied and got the license to organize TEDx in Podgorica, my home city and capital of Montenegro. My personal goal with TEDxPodgorica is to maintain the license in years to come, delivering events that will become bright examples in the whole region, year after year. TEDxPodgorica stage will become a generator of ideas worth spreading, which will hopefully change our reality for the better.
