"INTROSPECTION"I like to introspect on my day’s experiences and also on my interactions with others. This gives me a sense of ownership for what I do and my being with others. It empowers me to be on the right track and also take a ring side view of my actions on others. This gives me an opportunity to reflect and change my interactions if I need to.
An idea worth spreading
“RESPECT” I believe that if we can make an effort to create awareness about respecting everything around us and most importantly ourselves, we contribute in a large way towards creating an enviable space of peace and love around us. This would eventually resolve the issues which plague the world today – the intolerance, the hatred and largely the conflicts at all levels.
Respect for ourselves will lead us to be compassionate towards all the others we interact with. Life would be more productive and satisfying for all.

"HAVING FUN" Yes I do like to take life with a smile and in gratitude. That gives me the ability to enjoy the moment as it comes by. I don’t hang on to things and the joy of living each moment is exhilarating. It gives me the power of taking the brick bats that life has to offer along with its bounties.
