Shruti Arora, post graduate (marketing) leader with the passion to succeed. Having gained the experience from the field of education and investment she has used the knowledge and skills, she had gained throughout years of transitioning between multiple careers, to help other people make similar transitions with as much ease and grace as possible for setting up projects in Education at all level from Preschool to University. During the course of job, she felt the serious need and gap of educating and guiding the investors to start the Educational projects across India. This gave the birth to the idea of launching ECONS- An Education Consultancy for taking up the turnkey projects in the field of education. Within a short span of less than a decade the organisation has setup the landmark of working from small projects to the International UNDP projects of the same field. Today Econs has been known for the innovative, quality oriented and timely completion of the project they undertake. The journey of her success took a giant leap when two years back she felt the need of having a formal platform of connecting the educationists and institutions under the common umbrella to share, discuss and generate the best practices and ideas for the overall development and growth of the sector. She launched the first Confederation of Education Excellence (CEE) at the national level with educationists of national repute as the Board of Advisors. Today this Confederation is widely accepted and well-known in the field of Education. The Confederation has a large database of Institutions and Educationists connected with them. Confederation has taken the initiative of: 1. Reducing the suicidal rate of students due to bad results and social pressure, by educating government school students of class 12th on the various career options, vocational programs, government scholarships and schemes available for mediocre and average below students. 2. To promote the need of Value Education and Indian Heritage in institutions at all levels. 3. Supporting Government School Teachers on Innovative teaching learning practices. 4. Extending support to the department and state government to raise the standards of government schools and make them the Model School. 5. To work for bringing back Quality in Education 6. Empowering the need of skill based education 7. Supporting Government Initiatives in Skill Development and Formal Education As rightly said that the leaders are Born to Dream and the “Dreams are not what you see with the close eyes but are those which do not let you sleep”, so is in the case of Shruti Arora, For last one year she was struggling with the idea of using the social and networking platforms to work as the tool: 1. For supporting the curiosity of young ignited minds knowing more 2. Increasing the intellect and interest towards innovation in the youngsters and youth under the supervision or guidance of expert educationists 3. To get all the updates of Scholarship Schemes/Government Exams and Teaching Jobs 4. To explore vendors for setting up educational institutions/labs/fixtures/books/dresses etc. A revolution is brought in this field with the launch of an online portal: VIJAI BHAV- An online portal for Educationists. This portal is designed to connect a young student with a professor or expert of the desired field and get educated for the questions which are Out of box or are left unanswered at the school/college level. She is a person of very few words, can be understood as a learner with vast experience in strategic leadership & planning roles across National and International Education businesses in K-12, Higher Education, Skill Education & New Technologies, Further Education management & Training.
