"Love for kids ,young and professional minds" calls for my professional attribute."Passion for poetry,writing,technical learning,theater,public speaking" makes me complete and defines my interest areas in a deeper sense.So you can call me a professor,a poetess,a researcher,a writer and a theater artist. Profession : I work as an Assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at The NorthCap University, Gurugram where I teach Computer Science to engineering students.In the university I have organised 17 events during the span of four years.I have anchored many events and have also been a part of theater as well.I have been getting continuous appreciation for my teaching skills. I have been running Google Student's Club of students in the university. I am a steering member of American Society for Quality and was even featured in their video as a speaker. Got Young Women's Achiever appreciation by Gurgaon First. Research and Academic Achievements : I have been awarded with the title of “Delhi Young Professionals Present Around the World for BEST PRESENTATION SKILLS” in the Northern Zone(Delhi) Region for three consecutive years by Institution of Engineering and Technology,UK ( IET, UK). In addition to that I hold the Young Investigator Researcher Award by Interscience for best researcher. I have won many awards for BEST PAPERS and BEST PRESENTATION. I have reviewed many technical papers. I also won in a team the BEST PROJECT AWARD all over INDIA by Skyfi Labs which was developed for BLIND people. I have published around 20 research papers in journals and conferences at places like IIT Bombay,IIT Madras,IIT Delhi,IIT Roorkee,JNU New Delhi,IIM Ahmedabad. Hobbies and Achievements : I have been writing articles and poems that have got viral on the internet and few have also been published in leading magazines and newspapers like CSR Times,Wisdom Blow,Storypick,Times of India etc. I strongly feel that poetry is also a form of engineering where we engineer thoughts, emotions and skilfully play with the words. Showcasing the amalgam of social issues with humor is something I love to do. Last but not the least I have learnt theater for 2 years and still hold a love relationship with it. I have anchored many a lot events like RAAHGIRI. I would even love to add the successful achievement of organizing such a big event like TEDx to my profile someday.That would be like dream come true. I hold a great passion towards Writing,Teaching,Research,Theater.I also hold a great interest in organizing workshops,seminars and events where I can bring people from varied domains altogether so that we fall into a great network in order to exchange ideas on a healthy note.

Idea : Unleashing the Potential of Great Minds. I feel that that youngsters need something that is known is "Motivation to do tasks with a right approach". A platform like TEDx coming to a university can be the best platform to bring great minds on a common platform to share their success stories and take the audience on a better path to achieve success.So, the theme signifies the release of great thoughts from great people on a platform.

I was a part of organizing team and we had invited 11 speakers out of which 6 were invited by my reference.The event was appreciated by the audience and even I had a great time as we had speakers from varied domains.We had a Bollywood actor,youngest CEO of India,Lifestyle Coach,Cartoonist,Technologist,Serial Entrepreneur,Naval officer+Stand-up Comedian,Indian politician,Food Critic+Professor,Musician and a Socialist.Each and every speaker was so enthusiastic in his thoughts and made the audience indulged to a great level.It was a day long event but audience was still not ready to move. I have learnt a lot from this event as TEDx follows certain specific rules so organizing an keeping all the strict and systematic rules in mind was one of the best part as we were clear about what to do and what not to do. It was overall a great learning and memorable experience.
