I am a high school student pursuing the international baccalaureate programme.
I'm passionate about
At a young age of 17, I still struggle to define my ultimate Passion in the most definite terms. Although I do know what drives it. What has struck a chord with me has been the platform and opportunity to express my views and share my knowledge. My passion finds its place in gaining knowledge that stimulates my thinking process, develops sensitivity in me and makes me worldly wise. I am also a strong believer of the fact that “knowledge increases by sharing it” and I have always strived to put this into practice. I have not only restricted myself to oration and public speaking to do so, but have also tried to incorporate it in my academic and extracurricular pursuits.
An idea worth spreading
In an age when contactless cards and apple pay have revolutionized the way we shop, along with the now not-so-recent demonetization in India, has led to a surge in the development of various platforms to facilitate a cashless economy. Freecharge is one such company that has overcome the popularity of paytm, to emerge as a successful venture in itself. Kunal Shah and Sandeep Tandon, the masterminds behind this project recognize that an entrepreneurial venture knows no bounds and sometimes even the most obvious issues can spark an idea good enough to be converted into a business project.

Things you might not know
I am an extrovert and I don't tend keep everything to myself. The one habit or I am currently working on a research paper that aims to explore the aftermaths of the policy of demonetisation in India, which I will be sharing with my peers and juniors to further develop their understanding of the concept. Alongside, I have also started a project in which I interview my contemporaries on social issues (women empowerment, child labor, social injustices, etc.) and show these interviews to the underprivileged children. The desired goal of this project is to not only promote awareness but also show the deprived people that they are an equivalent and an inseparable part of the society and such agendas are very much applicable to them as well. Being the entrepreneurial president in school, I have a natural inclination towards business and economics. Thereby to quench that thirst, I, recently, finished a two-week internship with a small finance bank (au small finance).
