I’ve been making editing and hosting programmes for 16 years and have been lucky enough to travel the world with microphone in hand. My BBC documentaries have been as varied as exploring feminism in Argentina to asking whether it’s possible to murder a robot. Recently I’ve been looking at the use of drones in Africa, at the future of food production, the global trade in citizenship, and also co presented a six part documentary series about the surprising world of emoji called Two Smiley Faces. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p09qy1nv I’m now freelance, and work for a varied and international client base. I have a new BBC radio documentary in production, and am working with others involved in conservation, the arts and global development.

Radio, sounds, listening. I love trying to tell complex global stories through people. I’ve become increasingly interested in technology and ethics, and whether sex robots, AI or drones, I have been exploring these themes across the globe for the BBC, and now for a variety of global clients from the World Bank to London’s Design Museum and the BBC World Service. I believe in letting the sounds tell the story, and love meeting the varied and surprising people who are changing the world.
