Bhawana Gupta is an edupreneur by profession and a philanthropist by heart! After spending nearly a decade working in the preschool field, she has finally moved into developing curriculum for kindergarten and elementary years. Bhawana has been instrumental in many firsts when it comes to the all rounded development of a child. She brought back the old traditional games ( marbles, 7 stones, hopscotch, lattoo) back for the new tech gen through her street events like Umang Mela. Also when she found that the school academics did not teach children entrepreneurship skills is when she launched her program The Bizkids where the children are given real time experience of being an entrepreneur and running their own business. The team is in the process of building a curriculum for The Bizkids. Bhawana was the first to launch her independent multi activity centre for kids and adults. She has pioneered in starting Kids Carnival, an outdoor event just for kids which was a huge hit in Navi Mumbai. She had also started a FREE NEIGHBORHOOD LIBRARY in her area. The idea behind which was to inculcate reading habits in kids. She has also done a lot of awareness sessions on Child Abuse in Navi Mumbai with the Navi Mumbai Police. She has also arranged for free trainings on self defence( Lathi Kathi) for kids and women and trained over 300 participants.She has volunteered for a lot of NGOs like Robinhood Army, MyVets Charitable trust, Goonj. She has done a lot of work for women empowerment by arranging local bazaars and business management seminars for them. Bhawana is a Chemistry Graduate with Masters in Business Management. She has completed her Digital Marketing Course from IIM Kashipur. She is also a TED-Ed club leader and Mentor.
