Bio
After graduating (MSc in Business Administration), I worked as a corporate marketing professional for 7 years.
When my first child was born, I started my freelancer practice. I worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for 10 years.
I switched to HR consultancy in 2011. Since then, I have been working as an executive coach, team coach, trainer and OD consultant. I work mostly with innovative / IT / Tech companies.
Beside my mother tongue, I speak five foreign languages. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge and thoughts: I keep a blog on a major online HR news site (HRPortal.hu) and regularly publish articles in Hungarian and international media (e.g. International Coaching News).
I am a devoted community builder. A few years after starting my career as a coach, I founded an NGO called the Professional Coaching Association in Hungary. The main idea was to bring together various stakeholders of the coaching industry: coaches, coaching schools, corporate decision makers and the academic researchers. I chaired the organization for 3 years, built partnerships with other institutions and organized numerous events, workshops and conferences.
In 2017, I co-founded TEDxLibertyBridgeWomen with a small team in my hometown Budapest, Hungary. Having hosted 5 events, we have built a prestigious brand known for quality TEDx talks in the spirit of diversity, equity and inclusion. I curated 100+ talks and provided speaker coaching for many of the speakers. I attended two international TEDx events for organizers where I contributed to sharing knowledge by holding a presentation about our speaker coaching know-how. In 2022 I retired as an organizer and now a few young team members continue keeping the TEDxLibertyBridgeWomen brand alive.
I am an active Mensa member and a passionate community builder.
I'm a mom of two great young adults, both of them are university students.
I'm passionate about
People. Communication. Languages. Music. Art. Coffee. Longevity. Smart people. TED Talks. Liz Gilbert's and Simon Sinek's work.
An idea worth spreading
Asking questions and listening with open ears is the best way to connect and build meaningful relationships.

The TED story
I have always been enthusiastic about TED Talks. I regularly share them with my friends and clients. At skills development trainings and group coaching sessions, we often watch a relating TED Talk and reflect on it.
I launched a TEDxConversations Group in 2017 and organized eight events. It has been a great experience. (This was a program initiated by TEDxDanubia.) I enjoyed hosting meaningful conversations in small groups, and learnt from them. It was amazing to observe how the TED spirit evolves "in small".
I strongly believe in inspiration. I think that TED is a great platform to share thoughts and inspire change.
In 2017, I co-founded TEDxLibertyBridgeWomen with a small team in my hometown Budapest, Hungary.
Having hosted 5 events, 4 of which welcoming 400 attendees each, we have built a prestigious brand known for quality TEDx talks in the spirit of diversity, equity and inclusion. I curated 100+ talks and provided speaker coaching for many of the speakers. I attended two international TEDx events for organizers where I contributed to sharing knowledge by holding a presentation about our speaker coaching know-how (TEDxWeekend Rome in 2019). In 2022 I retired as an organizer and now a few young team members continue keeping the TEDxLibertyBridgeWomen brand alive. I'm still active as a speaker coach.
