By truly hearing and understanding one another without judgment or agenda, we can foster empathy, bridge gaps, and build meaningful connections. Compassionate listening allows us to create a space where diverse perspectives are valued and genuine dialogue can flourish. The TED story

In 2013, I attended a TEDx event in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, igniting a transformative journey. Inspired, I became an active volunteer, participating in over 18 TEDx events in my home country. Through these experiences, I discovered the power of ideas and formed deep friendships that shifted my perspective. TEDx became my extended family, teaching me the beauty of diversity and the strength of shared humanity. This journey shaped my outlook, fueling my desire for growth and challenging complacency. TEDx introduced me to a world where ideas change lives. It's a reminder that unexpected encounters can lead to remarkable transformations.
