About Pablo
Bio
Pablo is a masters student in Healthcare Data, Innovation and Commercialisation at Cambridge University, where he is learning how to effectively digitalise health services and hospitals. He is also an internal medicine doctor in the English NHS, with over five years of clinical experience in world-renowned hospitals including King’s College, Royal Brompton and Imperial College Healthcare.
He has a passion for healthcare improvement and has held leadership roles in this space, both as Clinical Fellow to the National Medical Director at NHS improvement and as Quality Improvement Fellow at Imperial NHS. His work was published in the BMJ and presented internationally.
Pablo was the lead organiser at TEDxNHS 2017, a platform for NHS staff and patients to share inspirational ideas with a broader audience.
Before moving to the UK, Pablo lived in three other countries, exploring new cultures and languages along the way. He developed a passion for foreign languages, became fluent in five and is currently learning mandarin Chinese.

Improving health - in many ways. Through my career as a doctor, my involvement in quality improvement initiatives, by helping to spread good practice in the NHS. I am proud to be able to support this through my involvement in TEDxNHS.
