Florencia is a political scientist, connector, marketer, event producer and collaborative activist. By the time she graduated from high school, she knew that she wanted to study the world and International Affairs seemed like the perfect fit. From that point on, everything fell into place. Her life revolved around international business, travelling and people. In 2001, Florencia won a scholarship at Centrimark, Centre for Marketing Research in Milan led by marketing guru Prof. Walter G. Scott. After that memorable year in Italy, she went back to Argentina and started working in the luxury market as Country Manager for an award winning Medical Spa in Brazil. In 2007, she moved to Sydney, Australia to continue her studies in Marketing and start working in leading event production companies. She is currently Account Director for Healthcare and Life Sciences at MCI Group, an independent, privately held company with headquarters in Geneva specialising in building unforgettable experiences that foster change, inspire, educate and motivate attendees. Passionate about parallel giving, she is now the Chief Experience Officer @MoelocoFlipFlop a social enterprise dedicated to changing the lives of children living in extreme poverty. For every pair of Moeloco Flip Flops sold, they donate one pair of school shoes and through their collaboration with the Hope Foundation ensure these are getting to the feet of the world’s most underprivileged children.
