Bio
The quest for Optimal Wellbeing started in Margie's role at Mallika Chopra's start-up - MyPotential - where she helped to craft an herbal tea line and distribute meditation content for Mallika's father - Deepak Chopra. Wanting to also explore healthcare, Margie also worked in the medical device space with Guidant (purchased by Boston Scientific) – where she oversaw a USD65 million endoscopic vessel harvesting device line for cardiac surgery.
Presently at Octave in Shanghai – a curated wellbeing platform for individuals and corporations – she oversees business development and guides seasoned executives on their quest for Optimal Wellbeing.
As a community advocate in Shanghai, Margie is the partnership chair of TEDxPuxi, board member of International Professional Women Society and vice-chair of the Kellogg Alumni Club. Margie holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and minor in Communications from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, California.
