I am a management student with an idea of making a public-private alliance in Indian agricultural field and help the poor farmers realize their truest potential. I also have plans to adopt and educate as much poor students as possible by opening schools which would impart innovative, practical, scientific education.

My idea is to spread the knowledge about 'Sustainability'. Whenever an effort is made to change the lives of people, it is imperative to think whether the effort have the essence of sustainability. It should not be just a 'one -time-one-stop solution. Building a house for poor is fine. But, it would not change their life unless if they have some work to make their living. Feeding the hungry is important, but it is also important that they had been helped to earn their own food 'Sustainability' is the key to success in almost all facets of life, may it be social service, business or education.

I have been a listener to many good TED talks. I participated in the TED women contest with an expectation of attending the first TEDwomen event. But, felt happy, when some women who deserve those seats won the contest. My wish is to organize a TEDx event either in USA or back in my country. I think that I would make it possible in near future.
