About Victor
Bio
Victor is a storyteller, bridge-builder, and civic advocate working to protect the foundations of democracy by inviting more people into the conversation. As Co-Founder of UnTextbooked, he’s helped create a global space where young people challenge the narratives they've inherited—engaging in bold, intergenerational dialogues that spark new understandings of history, identity, and justice. Rooted in a belief that strong institutions must be both accountable and inclusive, Victor works across sectors to champion ethical governance and civic trust. From advising Fortune 500 leaders on social responsibility in sustainability to shaping technology policy at global think tanks and conversations at the United Nations, he brings people together to imagine systems that serve the public good. Victor has moderated discussions at the United Nations, co-led public-private partnerships in Los Angeles, and supported initiatives that uplift youth voices in policymaking. Through it all, his guiding question remains: How do we build institutions that earn—and deserve—the trust of the people they serve?
Victor has earned recognition as a Princess Diana Awardee, We Are Family Foundation Global Teen Leader, Bezos Scholar, Ashoka Young Changemaker, WEF Young Global Shaper, among other honors. He currently sits on the board of The History Co:Lab and completing a Bachelor’s in Communication and Master’s in Law simultaneously at the University of Southern California.
