I graduated as the third ranking student from the Curriculum Development and Instruction at Gazi University Faculty of Educational Sciences in 2001. Subsequently, I obtained my master's and doctoral degrees in Curriculum Development and Instruction too. My doctoral thesis is on the development of Creative Thinking and Creative Problem Solving in Classroom Management. I received training on creativity at the Torrance Center for Creative Thinking at the University of Georgia. Additionally, I participated in educational studies on creativity in London, Paris, and Athens, and collaborated with leading figures in the field of creative thinking on the development of creativity. Throughout my 22-year professional career, I have held positions such as School Principalship, IB DP Coordination, IB PYP Coordination, Education Coordination, Education Directorate, and Deputy General Directorate of Education. I embarked on the journey of organizing TEDx conferences back in 2017, while holding the position of Deputy General Manager overseeing Education at Vizyon College. Although I had long been an avid consumer of TEDx talks, the idea of spearheading their organization had never crossed my mind. However, following my initial foray into event coordination, I found myself utterly captivated by the process. Now, my paramount aspiration is to extend the reach of these conferences, sharing the diverse narratives of individuals from all walks of life with a broader global audience. It is my fervent wish to illuminate the paths of others, serving as a beacon of inspiration and empowerment in their lives...
