Human Development is my passion and career choice and Johnson&Johnson is the company I chose to be closer to my mission on helping more people to acheive their full potential. Today, I support as an Human Resources Business PArtner the Research& Development Center Leadership Team in LATAM driving their talent strategy and supporting people development end to end. I have an extensive background in the Learning and development area, working as Head of Content and design for the executive education arm of Harvard Business Review(HBR) Brasil. In this role I was also the General Producer for all executive events of HBR in Brasil. I have 6 years of management experience in various functions such as strategic planning, product & portfolio management, training and development in multinational companies (Whirlpool, HBR , IQPC) and in the start-up world, building a new venture (Infinity) in the executive education space. In one of the most inspirational, incredible and unvaluable experiences in my life, I completed my MBA in IE- Instituto de Empresa Business School, in Madrid. IE is recognized a top 10 Business schools in the world focused on innovation and diversity.
