Optimistic on Innovation and Open minded for Improvements as a father of my Lovely daughter and Chinese wife I need to Constantly think of new ways of engaging my family. I am passionate in build a community of forward thinking and independent people. We organize working skills thru team building and workshops dedicated to enhancing their creativity and collaboration to better execute the organization mission and vision. Handles systems coordination and automation projects for all sectors of Johnson and Johnson under Global services in China representing Asia Pacific in Banks & SAP. Standardizing them by connecting them with EMEA, North Am and LATAM partners. Built Winshuttle and Alteryx Continues communities in Suzhou as Improvement Lead that develops Chinese talents and help make their work better faster and more effective. SAP Compliance manager for finance, Payroll and Supply chain related roles that serve as a gate keeper for all conflicting roles applied in the system ensuring SOD are in place or mitigated a part of preventative control. Approves and handles reports and entries related to general accounting, cash, inventory, and fixed assets on a monthly basis to ensure balances are properly stated. When I was in IBM, I am part of the Top Talent 2014 and 2015 which handles, 15 FTE and coordinates with 64 head counts for automation projects. On my free time I teach English to students and adults sharing my values and wisdom. I also help Curate and provide J&J employees a platform where they can learn knowledge about latest technologies and share their valuable ideas to inspire their personal development and drive engagement as TEDxJNJSuzhou Ambassador.
