I am originally from Kazakhstan, where I lived before moving to Vietnam for work. The work that I do at Vinschool inspires and encourages me to improve as a professional and person. My current role involves coordinating CIS international accreditation across the system, which includes thirteen large schools. I am also a dad of two beautiful kids. We love travelling and exploring new places and cultures. We have been to all major tourist destinations in Vietnam. We started visiting other countries in the region in 2022 and are amazed by the beauty and diversity of cultures and nature in the South East Asia region.

Role modelling is essential for everyone and can significantly impact people's lives. It can help develop positive daily habits, contributing to a healthy lifestyle and a better world. Role modelling can be done via several channels, including social media. In fact, I view social media as one of the key tools for reaching many people and creating a bigger influence.

Everything started with my student asking me to apply for a license since she couldn't because of age restrictions. Honestly, I had lots of different responsibilities at that time. However, I felt embarrassed to say no to a student who was so passionate about the idea of organizing a TEDx event in our school. Since that day, I have been involved in TEDx and view this as one of the best decisions I have made in my life.
