I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a focus on Film and Video. I have always been drawn to powerful stories—those that inspire, raise awareness, and drive transformation. In 2010, I was deeply impacted by over 50 brilliant ideas presented at the inaugural edition of TEDxAmazônia. Since then, I have dedicated myself to the craft of building "ideas worth spreading." In addition to organizing more than 10 TEDx events and attending 5 TED Conferences, I coordinated 3 SGB Festivals, among many other transformative initiatives. I also served as a TEDx Ambassador in Brazil for over three years. I am married and have an 18-year-old stepdaughter and a 2-year-old son. I love surfing and spending time at the beach with family and friends.

Understanding is the foundation of a better world. After all, you can't truly connect or collaborate if you don't first seek to understand.

Becoming part of the TED and TEDx community completely redefined my career and my worldview. It was truly life changing.
