About Ferd
Bio
I am Ferd, born in Maastricht, living in a suburbs of Amsterdam. I have my own company (www.inspirezzo.nl), in which a team of 10 people works on the improvement of Education in all kinds of ways. I am the lucky father of 4 kids, most of them are independant already. I recently publishes a book:'Leiden met Lef en Liefde'. It is about how to be a leader in stimulating buttom up leadership in schools.
I'm passionate about
Building a education system centered on the learning process of aan pupil.
Getting people believing in themselves;
Mobilize people;
Stimulating happiness in organisations;
An idea worth spreading
Leadership needs two basis qualities: love and 'guts'. These two qualities need eachother to be effective in
- raising a child
- working in groups
- having en keeping a relationship
- etc.

Ik was active in de education field, oranising an event. I met a boardmember of TEDxAmsterdamED en she asked me to join their team.
