About Mauricio

I am a…

Agnostic, Blogger, Business leader, Business mentor, Change Agent, Connector, Entrepreneur, Idea generator, Marketer, Social entrepreneur

Bio

I say that I am a serial connector and a knowledge agent dedicated to crisis resolution and transformation for development, with 19 years of obsession and study in cultural trends and new societies. I use as an excuse to be the CEO of Social Collective, a foundation that promotes collective consciousness; Managing partner of Young Marketing, a co-creation company with young people and organizer of TEDxBogotá, as the structure to create, connect and visualize the knowledge that generates a positive and disruptive impact on entrepreneurship, education, innovation and sustainability o anything else. That makes you proud of my son and of society. My work is based on understanding and the relationship with people and the paradigms that drive the new economy (knowledge economy, digital and creative) together with the new societies and / or movement structures that generate trends or engines of action. My tools are cultural and applied sociology, innovation (collaborative and disruptive), new marketing, the power of connections and recommendation. I try to define myself based on Talent or strengths and who defined me as Clifton StrengthsFinder from Gallup, so I use a journal to be and do what it is: Positive, Activator, Connector, Sociable and Developer. I firmly believe that ... "Knowledge makes us free and connections give us the power to take action"

I'm passionate about

“connect, collaborate and share “+ transformation culture + collective consciousness + sustainability + new Mindset
