As Vice President of Training Strategic Initiatives at Imarticus Learning Pvt Ltd., I oversee training programs. Previously, I served as the Founder and Lead Trainer at Project-7 and as an Ex-Director of Achieve School of Business. With over nine years of entrepreneurial experience, I have honed my skills in education and training as a trainer with PROJECT-7, a renowned organization specializing in life skills, motivation, and self-development training. My mission is to empower students to overcome their fears and develop essential interpersonal skills. By fostering creativity and self-awareness, I aim to guide them towards a brighter future. Driven by a vision of revolutionizing the education system, I have spearheaded workshops on personality development, teamwork, and leadership for students aged 14-22. Since January 19, 2013, I have conducted workshops on leadership, personality development, motivation, life skills, time management, stress management, communication, and interpersonal skills, reaching over 35,000 students and professionals across various educational institutions and corporate settings. My training has garnered an exceptional rating of 4.6 out of 5. As the founder licensee and curator of TEDxDSCE, TEDxDSCEWomen, and TEDxImarticus I have spearheaded independently organized TED events. Notably, I delivered a keynote speech at TEDxGlobalAcademy on April 27, 2018. In January 2021, I launched my debut book, “Talk without F.E.A.R,” a self-help guide that offers valuable insights and strategies for overcoming fear. I firmly believe that learning is a collaborative process, and I am committed to connecting with others, sharing knowledge, and fostering intellectual growth.
