Bio
I lead the team that builds TED.com.
After studying journalism in college, I've found my niche working in tech at media companies.
(Shhh… my not-so-secret passion is curling 🥌 You know, the winter Olympic sport with all the ice, the sweeping, and the yelling. I run a retail curling sporting goods business and am working to open NYC’s first dedicated curling facility.)
I spent many years at Minnesota Public Radio / American Public Media, then had stints at Internet Broadcasting and Univision before landing at TED.
