Bio
Presence, creativity, keen intuition and a results-focused approach are Jody’s hallmarks in the coaching and consulting she provides to leaders, teams and organizations. Jody has worked for nearly 20 years as a leadership coach and a leader in organizational development, training and development, and career counseling. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and graduate studies in human resources development from The University of St. Thomas, Jody brings a strong academic foundation to her practical and broad coaching and consulting experiences.
Jody has trained with the best thinkers in the field of coaching and development including Julio Olalla, founder of Newfield Network; James Flaherty, founder of New Ventures West; and Russ Hudson and Don Riso of The Enneagram Institute. Jody is a certified coach through Newfield Network and a member of the Minnesota Coaches Association and the International Coach Federation.
