I'm passionate about
using food tech to save the world.
An idea worth spreading
We need to devote Manhattan Project level resources to creating alternatives to conventionally produced meat. Most people won't stop eating meat, but we can produce meat from plants and cultivate meat directly from cells, thereby solving the problems associated with conventional meat production, from antibiotic resistance (which will kill more people than cancer by 2050) to exacerbated climate change.
