Snow is a founder and a professional sprint master of Design Sprint China(DSC). He graduated from EDHEC business school majoring in Creative business & social innovation. He is one of the pioneers who conduct design sprint into solving critical business and social questions. Meanwhile, he created Intercultural Innovation Salon to engage innovators from different countries when he stayed in France. Snow focuses on the innovation of product design and service design in last 5 years through design sprint practices and the study of creative processes. He is the leading sprint master in China and has facilitated hundreds of teams through design sprint and design thinking workshops, like Johnson&Johnson, Deloitte and European Top Incubator - Startupbootcamp. Now, Snow works as a Design Thinking Expert at Accenture China. In his spare time, Snow enjoys participating communities like Google Developer Groups(GDG) and TEDxCaohejing.
