The TED story
We don't have tv at home, and we usually watch something interesting with our computers while having lunch/dinner. My husband got me into TED, and I became a big fan.
Once I found out about a TEDxWomen event taking place in Dubai, I joined them. It was great to be part of such a meaningful activity. I got hooked and once it finished, I missed it every day.
A few months later, I asked Rania, who was also a team member for that first event, to join me as organizer. We put together a great team, and got lot of support from the community. The result couldn't have been better!
