Lailah is from Alagoas, but she's a citizen of the world. As a professional, she's passionate about the universe of events and experiences, with more than seven years of experience in this sector. Its performance is very varied, going through different stages in projects, from creative planning, service design, branding, trend analysis, team management, budget and suppliers, to technical direction and event scripting. In addition to her vast experience in events, she also has a strong commitment to social impact, innovation and technology projects. This passion is reflected in her previous work as Communications Coordinator at Women on Walls and SGB Festival Coordinator at Social Good Brasil, among other projects. Since 2016, the professional has been involved with TEDxPajuçara, starting as a volunteer and general coordinator (in the 1st edition) and becoming licensed in 2019. In addition, she has worked in international projects, such as the Y20Summit in 2018, and social projects in Argentina .

I started at TEDxPajuçara in 2016 as a volunteer and was soon responsible for creating the team's selection process and managing it, with that I ended up becoming the project's general coordinator. In 2019, together with other volunteers, we submitted a new license request with the intention of resuming the event in the city and we made 2 editions, including the 2019 TEDxWomen.
