Rawand Hussen is the founder of TEDxNishtiman, the largest TEDx event in the region. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, he has earned a strong reputation for creating business and marketing strategies that drive growth and impact across multiple sectors. An entrepreneur at heart, Rawand launched his first company, Rawand Printing House, at the age of 16, a business he continues to operate successfully. Throughout his career, he has founded and led numerous initiatives that blend innovation, youth empowerment, and international collaboration. Today, he is focused on advancing management, business development, entrepreneurship, and AI programs, while strengthening international partnerships. Widely recognized as a social entrepreneur, Rawand continues to inspire and connect the next generation of leaders in Kurdistan and Iraq.

As I consider the prospect of organizing a TEDx event, I am driven by the idea of curating a platform where passionate individuals can come together to inspire, educate, and catalyze positive change within our community and beyond.
