I have owned and operated a coaching and consulting practice for the past 10 years. The focus of my work is to empower individuals and organizations to reach their greatest personal and professional aspirations. Working with individuals and organizations across business and not for profit sectors I provide; tools for insight, coaching for conscious awareness and consulting to support, grow and develop leaders. This process supports individuals, teams and organizations to function at their most creative and highly effective abilities. My belief - Highly effective leaders run highly effective and successful companies. After many years in the business sector in sales and marketing, I made the personal decision to pursue a career in Social Work. It was a calling of my heart and soul. After 15 years in in Social Work - life, motherhood and burnout (with the blessings of privilege) allowed me yet another choice- to leave the not profit sector to pursue my own business. My practice has evolved from my management and leadership roles in the non-profit, for-profit and government sectors. I have worked with and for hospitals, universities, manufacturers and governmental agencies, as well as local businesses, foundations and non-profit organizations. I have held positions in marketing, sales, management and entrepreneurship. In the field of direct social work. I did counseling, not for profit management, community organizing and advocacy. Having such a diverse professional background, having worked from the front line to the board room, provides me with broad and varied perspectives as I work with individuals, teams and organizations. My Master’s Degree from the University of Denver is in Macro Social Work, with an emphasis in management and public policy. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Kansas.

I am passionate about personal, professional and spiritual growth and development. I love people and I believe we are unique and yet all connected. My passion lives in the empowerment of others. The power is in each one of us and when we can see and acknowledge that - we can live our most authentic lives.

I am the co organizer of the TEDxCrestmoorParkWomen event in Denver, Colorado.

I feel like I am an open book. Not sure there is anything I hide or that people do not know about me. I am blessed with many gifts in my life and I try my best to share those gifts with those that are around me. Making a difference in the lives of others is very important to me.
