Ellen Wingard is a leadership consultant who partners with the private and public sector to develop global business leaders committed to social change. Recognized as an early innovator in the field of executive coaching, Wingard brings 27 years of experience working with leaders dedicated to achieve socially responsible business results, promote personal renewal, and build inclusive cultures. A partial list of clients includes: Citizens Bank, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Diageo, Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School, KPMG, MIT, Morgan Stanley, NEH, New York Times, Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, UN World Food Programme, Visa, Wells Fargo and WSP Global. Wingard is a senior faculty member of the Institute for Women’s Leadership, Redwood City, California and a former member of the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board. Wingard is the co-editor with Lin Coughlin of Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of Leadership.
