Carrie-Ann is a successful serial entrepreneur that founded, built, and sold an information technology staffing company in Washington, DC with a three-year sales growth of 444.7%, achieving Inc. 500 status. She was featured in the Washingtonian Magazine as a ‘Woman to Watch" in the metropolitan area. She has also demonstrated success in real estate and property management and sold Barrow Consulting, a management consulting firm, in 2018. Scaling Strategies, her fourth business, is the culmination of her passion for coaching and business building. Carrie-Ann is an ICF Professional certified coach (PCC), Leadership Circle certified practitioner, Certified DISC and EIQ-2 Practitioner, and DISC Workshop Leader.
