Tamara Sniffen has spent the last 20 years leading Global Quality and Operations teams for the Fortune 500 Medical Technology company, Stryker Corporation. She is currently a V.P. of Operations, leading a team of Global Division Operations leaders. Tamara is an leader within the Stryker Women’s network, comprised of 4,000+ members world-wide. She has led manufacturing plants, call centers, warehouse and distribution sites, as well Regulatory and Quality. Her strengths are developing leaders, turning around under-performing teams, leading global transformation, and delivering results. Tamara is a graduate of U.C. Davis, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska and has attended numerous Executive leadership courses at Harvard University. She is a native of California, but has spent time living in Japan and Amsterdam. In her personal time, Tamara enjoys running and practicing yoga. She has completed 15 marathons, including 2 Boston marathons. Tamara has two sons and likes spending her weekends watching them play competitive sports.
