Delmwa is a Nigerian Social Enterpreneur, and Impact Producer. She is the Founder of Delmedia Productions, and The Creative Director for Discovery Communications Non-Profit arm DLA, in Nigeria.

I am passionate about using the power of media and technology to share and spread knowledge that effects social change in my community, Africa and the World. The subjects that are close to my heart are documenting history, creating and producing entertaining Film & TV content that can inspire positive change, community building, Girls Education, Gender balance, parenting and the importance of a stable and secure family unit to the development of communities in Africa.

Investing in education for girls in low income communities, and better gender balance in Government, will see peace efforts in developing Nations yeild better sustainable results, in the short and long term.

I have been following TED for about 7years now. I have found it be a resource worth sharing. I didn't realize how much I talked about it untill I was recently accused at a family gathering of sending relatives TED links even amidst personal crisis situations. I am looking forward to organizing my very first TEDx and I am very excited about the prospects and it's resulting effect on the audience. Fingers crossed.
