Bio
Fay Horwitt is the Founder and Executive of innovateHER as well as the Chief Empowerment Officer of the synHERgy Project. Fay was a part of the prestigious first class of the UNCSA School of Filmmaking, after which she worked on TV film productions for CBS, TNT, NBC, and Hallmark Hall of Fame. Fay has spent over 20 years helping businesses and nonprofits identify lucrative market opportunities and find strategic solutions, with a focus on strategy, media, and marketing. Her passion for women’s issues and programming would emerge during her tenure as Director of Marketing & Youth Programming for the YWCA of W-S. There, Fay was responsible for the creation of the agency’s ‘gatewaY’ re-branding campaign and the high-profile launch of the Girls Inc. affiliate. Fay was later selected to serve as Director of Marketing for the YWCA of Oahu which housed the Honolulu Dress for Success, and the Patsy T. Mink Center for Women’s Business & Leadership.
