The spark came from my Student Divya Sornaraja (who also now a TED profile holder) used to query & worry me about business plans every day in my Principles of Mangement class.Altough she an engineer (where none of my MBA's ask about Business plans) i found a sprout with lot of energy& Zeal to turn her self as an Enterprenuer. I tried all my efforts to kindle her thought process...As a person i believe in the words of Al Ries & Jack trout "Instead of going from Strategy to Tactics..Build upon Tactics by which you will end up in a strategy....that blasted in me....got the spark from my student (i m proud to say her as my student) & few Engineers like Santhosh (a budding Cinematographer fondly called P2),Pawan,ram,My MBA budders IVyians & My dearest mentors MVM.Vel Murugan sir,mr.Arun,Dr.Peerumohammed,Dr.Mahes & selva,udhay,Musu i landed accidendly in to TED...now i take this as strategy and i found i too have an IDEA WORTH SPREADING....
