She developed the Bragging Rights Company and framework to help humble humans celebrate success to gain more opportunities.

I'm passionate about
Self promotion, helping women to share their stories, women in leadership, helping people to BRAG.
An idea worth spreading
It's time to talk about yourself.
So many of us have been taught to put your head down and do good work, then you'll be chosen. Or, don't brag about yourself as it violates modesty norms. The truth is, that's what is keeping us part of an old system of control. The hierarchy and traditional systems of power continue.
Instead, I challenge you to brag, tell the world about your accomplishments and how you are here to serve.
When we celebrate and share our successes, others know how we can help, and what opportunities we should be given.
You are remarkable, time to let others know it.
