Her desk sits at the intersection of strategic intent, customer insights and innovation capability. Founder of Brain Gym as well as Project Gym, a 3000m2 collaborative workspace in Bern she is constantly curious of how creative workspaces, skills and mindset influence behaviour and performance. Christina is an award-winning innovator. Her successes include 'Empire of Silence', an experiential adventure pavillion at expo.02 about human communication that attracted more than a million visitors and was named Switzerlands best live event of the year. Working and living in four countries Great Britain, Malaysia, Switzerland and the United States has provided Christina with an expansive and global perspective.
